Panoramic views of castle, Montgo and the sea
The four-floor house has a large sun terrace with close-up views of the castle and across the rooftops to the sea and the Montgo. Downstairs there’s an internal patio garden with BBQ. All bedrooms have a balcony and air conditioning. There is lots of space: two lounges and 270 square metres to chill out in.

We like visiting places that are stylish, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we like staff who make an effort, are respectful, and are fun. That's what we strive to offer. Not just great, drop-off-in-a-second beds, and lovely sofas to chill out in. Ease - ease of being in a place, things thought through, things there when you need them, things working. And help on hand, to know you're supported if anything should occur.
Leafy interior BBQ terrace
Off the kitchen at the rear of the property is a leafy, secluded patio. It’s great for a quiet morning coffee, reading a book under the awning, al-fresco dining, or gathering round the BBQ, eating as you go. And, of course, early evening drinks…
Kids love it!
One of the great things about sharing our home is the response of children who come to stay – there just seems to be magic here for them. There are four different worlds on four different floors, maybe it’s that; maybe it’s all the little hiding places, or maybe it’s the nick-nacks … real life instead of bare shelves. Since we opened our doors in 2019, kids are the first at the door when we say goodbye to say how much fun they’ve had and how much they love it! We’ve also baby cots and feeding chairs for infants, too
Chef's paradise
This kitchen has been fitted and stocked by people who love to cook. Everything you need is here, mixers, a range of implements, decent knives. There are three ovens, a microwave, five hobs, and that all important thing… space! Plenty of surfaces to cook up a storm.

The house is well over a hundred years old, as the picture shows - it's the one directly behind the right hand man in the group of three in dark suits.
The main wall is about three quarters of a metre thick! The house currently has about 270 square metres, spread over four floors.

Hi! We're Barbara and Scott, your hosts. We're here to do everything we can to make your stay the best it can possibly be. We're on hand, just a few minutes from the house, if anything crops up.
We love this house. We lived in it for 20 years, and when we launched Denía Townhouse the whole idea was to preserve its eccentricity and character, to make it feel like a real home for our guests. We want people to feel comfortable, enjoy the small details, and have fun here. Comfort, style and cleanliness, that's the key - see below.
